1. Use and Licensing

When you commission me buying my services not licensing. Therefore; please do not use my art for commerical use, unless you pay commercial fees ( that are usually dicussed when talking about payments, these prices are flexible ).

Other than that, you're free to post your paid commission where ever as long as you provide the proper credit. ( @ing me on a social platform, etc! )
If you use to make personal IRL products using my work, that's fine! Just tell me beforehand. ( Once again, this is if you decide to print out my artwork, make buttons, keychains, etc. Things of that nature STRICTLY for personal use.)

2. Refunds and Extra Charges

Understand that under specfic circumstances you will not be recieving a refund or extra charges when commissioning.

When can you refund?
It's completely fine to ask for a refund if I do not have a sketch for your commission, however. If I have sent you a sketch ( sometime's multiple concepts ) I will not give you a refund, this is so I can make sure my time won't be wasted; sorry if this comes off as rude.

What might I get extra charges for?
Really only for licensing as stated above and if you ask for more than three changes to a sketch. ( If you're looking for something specific, please provide as many details as possible beforehand. ) For OC design commissions, you have 15 free changes before I charge.

You'll only get charged 3$USD, and only 1$USD for OC designs. If you charge back the money; you will no longer be able to purchase any services from me.

3. Payment

I currently take payment using Cashapp ( Preferred ) and Paypal.
Payment will always be upfront, under no circumstances will I begin any work on a commission until payment is recieved.
You may not pay to "speed up" the process of your commission, especially if i'm working on more than one. Doing this is really stressful for me and I usually complete one commission within a week.

4. OC Designs

If you commission or buy a design of mine there's tiny set of rules i'd like you to follow.

Reselling
You can resell any of my designs as long as you've spent money on them.

For example:
You've bought this design, you did not trade for it at all.
Or,
You've traded for this design but have spent money by commissioning other artists for artwork of the design.

When you decide to resell the design please document what you originally bought it for, if the design doesn't have added commissioned artwork that comes with it ( This also includes physical products of the OC ) you may not increase the price.

Blacklist
I have the right to blacklist someone from owning my character designs, especially if they're being used for hate speech or harmful paraphilic content ( ex; lolicon, shotacon, zoophilia, necrophilia, incest, etc. ) If i'm made aware that you're using my designs for these purposes I will not work with you in the future and I will not personally let you purchase any adoptables from me. If you let someone on the blacklist own any OC design from me you'll also be blacklisted.

I'm allowed to decline my services to anyone and I do not want any of my work involved with this type of content whatsoever. If you're someone who identifies with anything under the "Proship", "Pro-fic" umbrella I do not want to work with you, please refrain from attempting to commission me or purchase designs made by me; this is a boundary, please respect it.
